Bring your guests to the racing.

A day at the races for your customers, staff or suppliers, with the tickets, the passes, the parking and the hospitality all arranged before anyone sets off.

The day works when nobody's chasing tickets.

Race-day hospitality tends to go wrong in boring ways. Tickets that haven't turned up, guests stuck at the wrong gate, nobody quite sure what's included, and you spending the whole day organising instead of talking to the people you brought. We sort the tickets, the passes, the parking and the hospitality before the day, so when you arrive your only job is being the host.

Talk to us about race days at five circuits.

  • Brands Hatch
  • Donington Park
  • Oulton Park
  • Snetterton
  • Cadwell Park

Each circuit runs its own hospitality on its own race weekends, so what's on offer varies from one to the next. Tell us which one is closest to your business, or which one the racing you follow visits, and we'll talk you through what's available there. If it's bikes you follow, a British Superbike or World Superbike weekend can be the day, and it can sit inside your package like any other.

What we set out before you book.

  1. The ask is short. The circuit, the date and how many guests. That's all we need to find out what's available and come back to you.

  2. Tickets, passes and parking. All arranged as part of the day, so nobody in your party is ringing a circuit switchboard on race morning.

  3. What's included, confirmed first. Beyond the basics, what's included depends on the circuit and the date, so we confirm the detail for your chosen day before you book rather than after.

  4. Getting close to the machines. We'll ask about closer access on your behalf. It depends on what the race day allows, so we won't promise it until we know the schedule.

  5. Within a campaign or on its own. A race day can sit inside a season campaign as an option confirmed in your proposal, or it can stand alone as a single booked day.

  6. On the record. If the day is part of a campaign, it goes in your quarterly report with the dates and guest numbers, alongside everything else that ran.

You don't have to start with a season.

A client day, a product launch or a thank-you for the team can all stand alone as a single booked day. Tell us what you need the day to do, and we'll tell you honestly whether a circuit can do it.
